This form below is designated for importing pigeons from POLAND.

These birds will be imported directly to the USA, and do not travel or go through Canada at any time, throughout our direct importation process.

Our professional DONE-FOR-YOU services include direct importing to the USA from Europe, and also direct importing to the USA from Kuwait, as well as a few other select countries around the world. Your birds are always given the highest quality feeds, including Versele-Laga Black Label Feed, high end probiotics, seaweed grit, and other nutritional supplements, while going through the entire importation process with us.

We do not cut any corners on quality, as we want you to experience only the very best we have to offer for you and your birds.

Our organized, straight-forward importation process DOES NOT subject your birds to multi-country travels and stays, and extended longer than normal quarantines, which would subject your birds to unnecessary added stress and delays. We regularly work with some of the most reputable auction houses, and breeders throughout all of europe, and have personally purchased our very own birds from these sources which operate only within the highest levels of integrity and service. We are very selective with all of the vendors we choose to work with throughout this process. They have been fully vetted, so you can have peace of mind knowing we only work with the very best, and do not settle for just anyone who works out in the pigeon business space.

By utilizing our services, you will experience the FASTEST SPEED OF DELIVERY possible by which your birds can lawfully be directly imported into the USA. The average time your birds spend in quarantine from the time they start their inspection in EUROPE to the time they are eligible for final delivery here in the USA is typically now 120 days, since new USA import regulations go into effect on July 15, 2024.

There are new USDA Federal Regulations that go into effect on July 15, 2024 regarding the importation of birds into the USA that originate from other countries around the world, like South Africa, Thailand, Europe, etc.

All exporters that are located outside the USA that plan on shipping birds to the USA are required to comply with these new federal regulations.

These new regulations will now require the veterianarian in the exporting country to supervise, and personally certify of the health status of the group of birds for the previous 90 days, prior to them being eligible for their export shipment to the USA. What this means is the days of simply being able to add birds to an export group collection, with only a few days head notice, are over.

Careful planning on your part with the seller you acquire and buy your birds from in Europe will need to be arranged a few months in advance, prior to the birds joining our established collection groups in Poland. The Polish quarantine will arrange pickups in neighboring countries in the EU.

Moving forward, we recommend that you have the (seller/breeder located in Europe) obtain a Tracer Health Certificate for all of the birds you plan on having us import. This will need to be issued by an accredited veterinarinan in their area, at least 60-70 days, prior to having the birds delivered to the Polish Quarantine.

This is due to new relocation requirements which require "traceability" of potential viral diseases back to their point of origination, in the event that any birds in the group test postive for AI or PMV, at any time throughout the entire quarantine and importation process.

The importation of your birds through our services, is conditional upon your completion of this form and full acceptance to Avian Export Services terms and conditions of service. This form also applies to approved exporters located outside of the USA, that are organizing or transporting birds to us, on others behalf. This form is a requirement for all importing services offered. By completing this form you certify that the information presented is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and understanding.

All reservations are honored on a first come first serve basis.

This form is for our upcoming (Group 2) collection which will take place in early December 2024.

After you submit your form, the screen will take you to a thank you page, confirming receipt of your reservation. You will also receive an automated email response and confirmation, so long as it doesn't land in your spam folder.

The new USA import federal regulations go into effect on July 15th 2024. Up to the first 90 days supervised pre export EU quarantine fees/export fees/ booking and reservations for the USA/ and importation/30 days mandatory federal import quarantine/ PMV and AI testing in the USA will be $440 USD per bird plus taxes. Domestic related shipping fees are additional. If there are any issues with testing this amount could be more due to extended days in quarantine which are an additional $9.25 per bird per day for birds that must stay beyond 30 days mandatory import quarantine after Jan 1st 2025. Late fees will also apply based on the terms and conditions set forth. Incidentals are always billed at the end of the quarantine process. Please be aware that your birds may require special treatment as advised by the USDA while they are in quarantine as part of federal regulatory procedures that are put in place for the safety and well being of your birds. See Title 9 Code Part 93.106(a). The quarantine facility is not a clinic and does not provide therapeutic care for birds. We are strictly prohibited from soliciting or rendering medical advice or care for your birds. This expertise must be done strictly through an accredited Avian Veterinarian. On rare occasions your birds may require an accredited Avian Veterinarian to visit the quarantine facility and administer additional care and treatment to your bird. We will always contact you to authorize said treatment before any additional costs are billed separately to you for those necessary treatments. Pedigrees for your birds should always be given to the courier for the Polish quarantine when birds are picked up or delivered to Poland for collection in Europe. The best case scenario is that you instruct the seller or auction house ahead of time to simply send the pedigrees directly to you here in the USA. We will mail all pedigrees we receive from Poland separately even if we receive them weeks in advance before we receive any birds that come out of import quarantine. Please acknowledge that you understand this by typing YES in the field.*
Limitations of Liability. Avian Export Services is not liable for any mishaps of birds we handle at any time throughout the entire importation process including euthanasia and or shipping. If you have a bird that dies for any reasons you must directly resolve that matter with the original seller of the bird. Most reputable sellers will offer a free replacement or simply refund your purchase. Title 9 Code of Federal Regulations Part 93.106 (a) applies to all birds imported to the USA that test positive for pmv or avian influenza. This affects the entire shipment and birds cannot be released from import quarantine if there are any issues with the test results. We are also strictly prohibited from getting involved with any aspects of the buyer/seller transactions of bird acquisitions.
