TWO SEPARATE COLLECTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE FOR THE VICTORIA FALLS RACE.

1. SEPTEMBER 2, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 13, 2024.

2. OCTOBER 7, 2024 THROUGH OCTOBER 18, 2024.

THE LAST DAY WE CAN ACCEPT BIRDS IS OCTOBER 18TH.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY BIRDS TO US OUTSIDE OF THESE ESTABLISHED DATES!

 Quarantine and Export fees: $150 PER BIRD for this race if sending less than 10 birds. These are not associated with the race fees or perch fees.

Send +10 or more birds under the same breeder or syndicate name, and it will be $140 per bird. 

NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS RACE FOR THE  2024 SEASON BELOW:

Entry Fee USD $600 + $ 80 perch fee per bird in a 5 bird team.

Activations include all competitions.

For Example: Send 5 birds and $1000 is due for race fees.

A TEAM CONSISTS OF 1 ACTIVE AND 4 RESERVE.

Reserve activations US$ 600 each

Activate reserves before basketing Hotspot 3

100% activation credit if full team lost before Hotspot 3

Unpaid pigeons not in the race after basketing of Hotspot 3

Activated pigeons compete in all competitions from Hotspot 3

Entry Fee is $600 USD per bird, plus a $80 perch fee per bird, for each 5 bird team.

Please note: If you prefer to wire the race fees and perch fees to VF yourself, you can do so.

Please send birds that are fully vaccinated for PMV, and also birds that are 60 days or older.

They do better throughout the entire quarantine and shipping process.

Avian Export Services is both the race "Agent" and "Shipper" for all birds we collect and export on your behalf.
