Please vaccinate all birds for PMV 2x, at least 21 days prior to pickup or delivery to the EU quarantine center. Make sure the vaccine you use is an approved vaccine in your country, with the killed virus.

The USDA Quarantine is a regulatory import quarantine and testing process, not a comprehensive clinical veterinary disgnostic program.

(Very important factors mentioned below to consider, anytime you are bringing birds into the USA from foreign countries)

All birds that enter the USA from foreigh countries are required to undergo 30 days federal import quarantine and testing. Their mission is limited to AI (Avian Influenza), and Newcastle testing.

The USDA is not a clinical diagnostic/treatment facility. It is not operated as a full clinical diagnostic facility for every possible underlying condition or injury a bird may later develop or display. Unfortunately, with live animals and the stress associated with transport, quarantine, handling, and environmental transition, some issues may not become apparent until after birds are released and settled into their new environments. This is based directly on the USDA's stated operational scope, which is where all birds enter and leave their facility. 

Some conditions can go undetected if birds do not outwardly show symptoms.

Additional veterinary examination is sometimes required with private veterinary involvement outside normal quarantine scope.
